Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Friends:

Our annual commemoration of the birthday of General Ulysses S. Grant

will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the National Monument on 122nd

Street and Riverside Drive in Manhattan. The ceremony begins at 11:00 AM,

which also includes the initiation of new members of the Oliver Tilden Camp.

Sinking of the USS Monitor
EVENT DATE: SATURDAY, JANUARY 12, 2013
Cemetery Trolley: Commencing at 1:00 PM we will honor the
USS Monitor Crewmen at their grave sites. Followed by
Greenwood Chapel: Memorial Service, musical tribute,
USS Monitor displays, refreshments.
Bus from Greenpoint for those requiring transportation.
Call to let us know if you will attend and bus reservations.

May 15, 2011 - SUVCW Signature Event, Department of New York Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, the Allied Orders and the City of Mechanicville will hold a reenactment of Ellsworth’s funeral at the Hudson View Cemetery in Mechanicville, New York.
